Kevin Violet
Kevin Violet, a Yarmouth Port resident, honed his culinary skills at Cape Cod Regional Technical High School and the Culinary Institute of America in New York. His career has taken him through various dining establishments on the Mid and Lower, including Clancy’s, Chatham Bars Inn, and Snow House. As the Executive Chef Ryan’s Ten Pin Eatery, Kevin has crafted an enticing menu featuring upscale pub favorites alongside burgers and flatbreads. With extensive catering experience for events from Boston to Provincetown, Kevin stands out as a chef adept in both high-volume restaurants and catering services.

Patrick Roberge
Meet Patrick Roberge, a culinary talent with nearly 15 years of experience in the restaurant industry. Having honed his skills at various local establishments across Cape Cod, he spent a significant portion of his career at Chapin’s before becoming Co-Founder and Sous Chef at Ten Pin Eatery in 2018. Inspired by with his grandmother and watching celebrity chefs, Patrick loves creatinged dishes and seared fish like Mahi Mahi. For him, the best part of the job is crafting dishes that people adore while continuously innovating in a dynamic culinary landscape. In his leisure time, you can find him enjoying the beach or hiking the scenic trails around the Cape
